Once again we travelled into London on one of our Monday night jaunts – this time to view the Four Seasons Hotel London at Hyde Park. We were met in the Foyer by Michael and Lindsay who showed us around the Hotel.

The Hotel has a sumptuous feel to it and along with the welcome we received  made us feel special from the moment we walked in.

The Four Seasons has a choice of 10 meeting rooms – the largest being the Ballroom which can take up to 400 theatre style. In the main (the exception being the Oak &  Pine Room) the rooms are a blank canvas so they can be themed to fit a client’s event. The Hamilton Room is one of their most popular rooms especially for private dinners as it is has floor to ceiling windows with views over Hyde Park & Park Lane.

We were taken up to the 10th Floor Lounge where Hotel guests can relax and enjoy a drink whilst enjoying the fabulous views over London. This room can be sold for corporate events for up to 20 people and has access to outside space to enjoy the view.

We then went to have a look at the bedrooms – the hotel has 193 in total. We saw a variety of rooms of varying categories including one of the Terrace Suites which funnily enough opens out onto a large terrace! As they have a separate dining, pantry and lounge area it makes an ideal space for entertaining.  All the bedrooms feature the usual amenities you would expect from a 5 star Hotel.

We walked through the Amaranto Lounge which has a succession of three window–side rooms where guests were enjoying pre-dinner drinks and late afternoon tea.

So to dinner ! The Amaranto Restaurant offers al fresco dining in the warmer weather and there were plenty of people making the most of the lovely evening. We had a delicious dinner and the three of us shared the most gorgeous chocolate dessert called Six Little Sins. As we shared the one between the three of us we didn’t think we had ‘sinned’ at all !.

The Four Seasons Hyde Park is a true 5 star Hotel offering wonderful service and facilities to their guests. We would certainly recommend this Hotel to our clients for their corporate events.
