DeSouza Associates will take a full brief of your requirements in order to find just the right venue for your event, at no cost to yourselves.

We have produced a guide for our clients (pdf) to give more information on how our free venue finding service works.

Just provide us with the date of the event, preferred area, city or country, the number of delegates, the room layout and any audio-visual requirements if appropriate and, of course, your budget.

We will search our worldwide database and call upon our extensive personal knowledge.

We will provide at least THREE options, whenever possible, arrange any necessary site visits and liaise with and confirm the chosen venue. We will then arrange for the contract to be sent to you for final signature. What’s more, our good relationship with many conference centres and hotels means that we are able to negotiate the best possible rates on your behalf.
