Since Lida set the company up in 1995 she has been joined by Kate and Catherine who have been at DeSouza Associates for a large part of the company’s 28 year history.

With our combined knowledge and expertise you can be assured that we can help you create a great event.

Free Venue Finding Service

YES, you hear us correctly! Our venue finding service is provided at no cost to you. How can we do this? We earn a small commission from the venues for introducing and placing the business. 

This is paid to us after the event has taken place and when the final invoice has been paid by you, our client. 

Impartial Advice

We act with honesty and integrity in all our dealings with customers and suppliers alike. As we are a privately-owned, independent agency, we have no ties to any specific venue or hotel group. This gives us the flexibility to source the best venues to match your requirements and event briefs. 

Bespoke Proposals

We will carry out all the venue research based on your brief to create a bespoke proposal to match your individual event requirements. We do all the venue background work sifting through each venue’s information and collate this into a concise proposal outlining all the details relevant to your needs. 

Strong Industry Relationships

We have an extensive network of industry contacts that we have built great working relationships with. Along with a vast, ever-growing venue database, this gives us the leverage to source the best venues for you and negotiate competitive prices.
