Silverstone Circuit, Towcester

Silverstone - alternative venue

Silverstone is much more than a motorsport circuit, it has over 600 acres of outdoor space and a variety of spaces that will suit any event.

The International Conference and Exhibition Centre has 12,500sqm which is the largest covered events space outside of London.

This includes 5 halls with vehicular access, an auditorium and smaller conference rooms ranging from 20 to 100 theatre style.

There is plenty of space for team building activities if you don’t fancy the driving challenges.

Coming later this year will be the onsite Hilton Garden Inn which will have fantastic views of the starting grid, along with a rooftop bar and 197 guest rooms (some with track views and balconies)

National Space Centre. Leicester

Located near to Leicester’s City Centre, the National Space Centre is a place for inspiration and innovation. It is the UK’s only venue dedicated to the excitement, history and exploration of space.

During an event your delegates can enjoy the stunning Rocket Tower, six space-themed galleries and the UK’s largest Planetarium.

The National Space Centre can be used for a variety of events; conferences, product launches. Christmas parties and dinners so offering something for everyone in a unique, fascinating and inspiring location.

Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium can accommodate up to 192 people, it is available to hire for breakfast meetings, evening events and, on selected days, as a lecture theatre. They have a library of unique space themed backdrop to add something unique to your event.

The Shuttle Suite can be used as one main room or divided into 4 smaller rooms; Endeavour, Atlantis, Discovery and Columbia Rooms.

Boosters is situated at the bottom of the Rocket Tower and is available for both breakfast meetings and evening hire – perfect for cocktails receptions and small dinner dances.

National Football Museum. Manchester

Located on the top floor of the National Football Museum the 5th offers clients a uniquely modern event space that benefits from having floor to ceiling glass walls; it is fully accessible and has its own private entrance and lift.

MK7- Red Bull Racing, Milton Keynes

Home of Red Bull Racing, MK-7 is designed to provide a stimulating space in which to work and have fun.

For larger groups, or purely for its wow factor, the museum area that houses their complete car collection is exclusively available for your event. This area can take up to 300 delegates theatre or 170 for a dinner.


There is also a boardroom which can take up to 22 boardroom style and with its glass wall provides guests with an eye-watering view of the Red Bull championship-winning race car collection. So not to distract your delegates throughout your presentations the wall can be dimmed. This room also has state of the art technology including video conferencing if required.

There are 2 further smaller rooms, taking 8 delegates in each, ideal for breakout areas or simultaneous meetings.

The National Memorial Arboretum


The National Memorial Arboretum is a nationally important visitor attraction, a 150-acre home to over 25,000 trees and 400 memorials located 30 minutes from Birmingham, next to the A38, with connections to the M6, M42 and M1.


Aspects is a contemporary conference and events building with seven flexible spaces for 10 – 350 guests located within the spectacular backdrop of the National Memorial Arboretum.

Oak Suite theatre style

The Oak Suite splits into 3 sections – when combined it can accommodate up to 180 people cabaret style.

There are also 4 executive meeting rooms; Alder, Chestnut, Hornbeam and Willow which offer integrated HD screens, speakers, wireless presentation system and video conferencing facilities.

Designed to work together if required, the syndicate rooms can link or unlink to create larger spaces with linked AV.
