Sofitel Barcelona Skipper

The Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is centrally located close to the beach, port and approximately 15 mins walk to La Rambla and has 225 bedrooms.

The hotel has 12 Meeting rooms with the largest room taking up to 675 theatre style or 530 for a dinner


Eurostars Grand Marina


This 5-star design hotel overlooks Barcelona’s port and is a 5-minute walk from La Rambla, the building resembles a transatlantic liner and is often mistaken for the ships and cruisers anchored in the port of Barcelona!.

The Hotel has a total of 291 bedrooms and there are 4 Meeting rooms.

The Marítima Room can subdivide into two rooms but as one room can take up to 200 theatre style or 260 for a dinner.

The Barcino and Ítaca rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, both have a maximum theatre capacity of 35 delegates.

The Meeting Room Club Room can take up to 80 theatre style and 70 for a dinner


W Barcelona

Designed by world-renowned architect Ricardo Bofill the W Barcelona is located along the waterfront on the Paseo de la Barceloneta and really stands out from the crowd!

The hotel has 473 rooms, including 67 suites, two WOW Suites and one Extreme WOW Suite all with panoramic views over the city and the Mediterranean Sea.

The W Barcelona has 19 event rooms, the largest being the Great Room which can take up to 600 classroom and 700 for a dinner. This room has spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views over the sea.

NOXE is located at the 26th floor, a multi-purpose space perfect for cocktails and snacking on Japanese dishes whilst enjoying the 360 degree view of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea.


Hotel Arts Barcelona

Located on the seafront, the Hotel Arts is a 5-star urban resort with 483 bedrooms and 14 meeting rooms.

The Ballroom is the largest room and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Groups can also reserve the hotel’s restaurants, terraces and gardens for events including the Arts 41 venue, which enjoys panoramic ocean views from the 41st floor.


If central Barcelona is not your thing and you are looking at something a little different……

PortAventura Business & Events Convention Centre

Located just 1 hour outside of Barcelona, PortAventura Convention Centre is the only professional convention centre to have two of its own theme parks: PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land.

The PortAventura Business & Events Convention Centre has 24 multifunctional and modular rooms fitted with state-of-the-art technology with a surface area of more than 20,000 m2.  Ideal for all sizes of meetings and conferences but lends itself particularly well to the larger conferences.

Also on site are 2,350 rooms in five 4 and one 5-star hotels, a water park, a full range of restaurant options, unique shows, team-building activities and exclusive openings of the theme park areas if required.

The Convention Centre is set away from the main Park area so your event would not be disrupted by the theme park (unless they want to be of course!)



Barcelona offers many corporate event venues so that there is bound to be one perfect for your event you just have to decide which one! With so many fantastic options, deciding which is right for your corporate event can take time and effort.
