Thank your clients with Corporate Hospitality they will remember
Corporate Hospitality is a great way of thanking your clients and getting to know your clients. Business is all about growing relationships and boosting your brand and company’s name and image.
When you are looking to entertain your clients why not consider an alternative for your next corporate hospitality event?
Rather than booking your usual sporting event here are a couple of suggestions which offer something a little bit different…
Denbies Wine Estate
Award winning Denbies Vineyard is one of the largest wine producers in the UK and was one of the first venues to offer visitors an insight into wine production.
It is also a unique venue to hold a corporate event and has plenty of activities to keep your guests entertained.
Your event will start with a 45 minute outdoor vineyard train tour taking visitors through the vineyard with its wonderful views of the Vineyard and the North Downs. At the highest point make a stop for a tasting of 3 Denbies wines served with canapes.
After the vineyard train tour your group can then take part in the indoor winery experience where you can watch a 20 minute film ‘The Vineyard through the Ages’. You are then guided through the working winery by a Denbies Tour Guide finishing in the Denbies cellars for more wine tasting!
Other activities include:
- Wine Tasting masterclass to include lunch
- Blind Wine Tasting & Canape Reception
- Vineyard Masterclass – learn the art of winemaking
- One day wine workshop
Activities can be adapted to suit your requirements – we have found Denbies to be very flexible.
There is also 3 acres ideal for outdoor team building events which could be run alongside the winery themed events.
Denbies has several conference rooms, the largest taking up to 175 theatre style so ideal if you wish to incorporate a presentation or conference followed by an activity.
Recently opened is the Denbies Vineyard Hotel offering 17 rooms for guests who wish to stay overnight.
Bombay Sapphire Distillery
Gin – the drink of the moment!
Bombay Sapphire Distillery is based at Laverstoke Mill 15 miles from Winchester and 60 miles from London and less than an hour by train from Waterloo.
The distillery is a versatile and unique space suitable for corporate events and meetings, parties, and dinners.
For over 225 years, the Victorian and Georgian buildings were used to produce bank note paper for the Bank of England and the British Empire but now you can experience and learn all about the famous Bombay Sapphire Gin!
The delegate package includes entry to the Distillery where you can learn about the production of gin and learn about your personal taste profile. You can then use your profile to order a complimentary cocktail suited to your tastes.
Alternatively hold your meeting at the venue then finish the event with a Bombay Sapphire Experience.
Organise a complimentary masterclass such as the Gin Cocktail Masterclass which is an interactive session on cocktail culture providing your guests the opportunity to learn and create cocktails with specially-trained Gin Experts.
Learn the history of Gin and Bombay Sapphire and the tricks of the trade so you can create your own cocktails easily at home.
Then for the fun bit! Guests can take their place behind the bar to make a cocktail or two which they can then enjoy.
A highlight of the Distillery are the two intertwining glasshouses which can be used for a drinks reception for up to 20-30.
The Gallery is the largest space which can take up to 100 theatre style and 110 for a dinner.
As a marketing tool corporate hospitality is a great way of networking with current and potential clients, taking the opportunity to step away from the office and be in a more relaxed environment. Good relationships with a client can increase the chances of earning repeat business.
And don’t just think of corporate hospitality for your clients – it is also a great way of thanking your staff and showing your appreciation for all that they bring to the company.
