Many of our clients don’t realise as well as booking venues for their Corporate Events we also book Corporate Hospitality …… On Monday evening Meena attended Windsor racecourse with two of our clients. Here is her blog…. This was to look at the facilities for summer hospitality events for our corporate customers.  Firstly you can take a river boat from Windsor and arrive at the racecourse relaxed and ready for an amazing time.  What a lovely evening we had watching and soaking up the atmosphere of  the sport of kings in Windsor’s grandstand hospitality box, very private ideal for a company summer event. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of champagne always a winner with me! And then had a talk with one of their racing experts who went through the runners and riders with some handy hints on horses to bet on. With our champagne we wandered out onto the balcony with an exceptional views of the racecourse watching the horses gallop down the track.

We then  sat down to an amazing cold buffet with a wide selection on offer with the most amazing deserts  in between placing our bets. We then went and walked around the paddocks, music playing, people dressed up and lots of worldwide cuisines on offer. The horses glimmered in their coats as they walked round the paddock. Windsor offers several hospitality packages with different boxes around the course they even have enclosed BBQ areas which are intimate. Windsor can offer various sponsorship packages where companies can sponsor a race in their name, judge the best in condition horse and present the winners with their prize. Once the racing has stopped you can join in with their diverse  themed evening events and party the evening away. The evenings this year include Cuban night, Bee Gees Tribute Night, Queen Tribute night, 70’s themed night to name a few !
