This is quite a complex question as it depends upon your priorities. Delegates need to feel at ease within their surroundings. Learning is best achieved within a spacious and pleasant environment. Ideally it is nice to have breakout areas where delegates can go to take a break, eat their lunch, catch up on work or socialise. This also allows everyone to relax and recharge ready for their next training session.
