Introducing our latest Conference Hotel group of the Season on our website – Apex Hotels!
The first Apex Hotel opened in Edinburgh’s Grassmarket in 1996, the group is now a collection of 10 contemporary 4 star hotels.
Covering the destinations of Edinburgh, Bath, London, Glasgow and Dundee each Apex Hotel is centrally-located in the heart of the cities. Whichever Hotel you choose, they all have their own characteristics but you will always experience an authentic, warm welcome. Each Hotel offers stylish, spacious bedrooms, restaurants and bars, impressive event spaces for corporate events and spa facilities.
A £1.5million renovation took place last year at the 209-bed Apex City of London. The nine month project saw the hotel’s public areas and largest meeting room had a makeover along with the addition of a new stylish restaurant and a state of the art Spa.
The new Restaurant, The Lampery provides an all-day dining spot inspired by a passion for authentic British cuisine and locally sourced produce. The Spa has an infra-red sauna, pamper areas offering manicures, pedicures and spray tans along with five treatment rooms and a relaxation area.
Apex City Quay Hotel is a 151-bed Hotel in Dundee which opened a unique pop-up event space last year.
The marquee accommodates over 700 guests, making it the largest premier business event space within the city. It can host anything from large scale business dinners to away days. With new visitors being drawn to the City due to the launch of the V&A Museum, the demand is there.
The most recent opening was the Apex City of Bath hotel, this is situated just minutes’ walk from attractions such as the famous Roman Baths and it has great transport links.
There are 177 contemporary bedrooms including a selection of family rooms and suites. The Hotel features extensive conference facilities with the main suite holding up to 400 delegates plus an additional 6 meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
Lida recently thoroughly enjoyed a stay at this hotel.
