Searcy’s at the Gherkin

One of the most iconic buildings in London. Have your meeting or private dining event on the 28th floor of the Gherkin. Each meeting room is named after clouds: Cirrus, Stratus, Nimbus, Alto and Cumulus. And like the clouds, four of them join to create an even bigger space to take up to 30 boardroom or 50 for a dinner and for a drinks reception taking up to 60.

The smaller rooms can take 18 boardroom, 20 banqueting or 25 theatre style.

 

Landing 42

‘Landing Forty Two is the UK’s highest dedicated events space’ and is located in the Leadenhall Building aka ‘The Cheesegrater’.

The venue has triple-aspect, floor to ceiling glazing making the most of the fantastic views of the London skyline really giving it the wow factor.

The venue can take up to 200 theatre style or 220 for a dinner. For a drinks reception the maximum capacity is 300 guests.

 

Sky Garden

The Sky Garden is on top of 20 Fenchurch Street – aka the Walkie Talkie building and offers unrivalled 360 degree views of London 155 metres below.

Sky Garden is available mainly for evening events once the venue has been closed to the public – there are only 26 dates a year available for all day exclusive hire.

The venue can take up to 450 people standing or seated dinner for 150

 

Sea Containers Events

This Southbank venue sits on top of the Sea Containers building and the space is situated on the 12th & 13th floor. Each space offers floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and city views.

There are 6 spaces in total including the Wren Room which is very popular for meetings and dinners alike. Overlooking St Pauls Cathedral (hence the name!) it also has a private outdoor terrace ideal for breaks and drinks receptions. This room takes up to 24 boardroom style

There is a blank canvas space on Level 12 which can be configured as one large room or arranged as 2, 3, or, 4 individual smaller rooms depending on the size of your event

Sporting Stadiums

Stadiums offer something different to a corporate event. They offer a variety of spaces so ideal for any size meeting. Most have the added benefit of offering tours so you can offer your delegates a chance to see behind the scenes and walk in the footsteps of legendary players.

London is lucky to have several world renowned sporting stadiums to choose from including:

 

Wembley Stadium

With a capacity of 90,000, Wembley is the largest stadium in the UK and has some great history to add to any event. There is also a range of accommodation nearby to suit all budgets.

Wembley offers a variety of conference spaces, ranging from 300 to 1,800 theatre style. For the smaller events there are the Pitch View Rooms which can take up to 100 theatre style and the smaller private boxes taking up to 20 boardroom style.

For something a little bit special add a stadium tour to your event. This 45 minute tour includes the Dressing Rooms, Players tunnel, Royal box and of course the pitch!

 

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium –  the newest kid on the block!

Their largest purpose-built event space is the East Quarter on level 3 which can accommodate up to 800 theatre style or 500 for a dinner.

Stratus East and West are modern, contemporary spaces where delegates will enjoy views across London from the highest vantage point available in the stadium.
