As well as offering a free venue finding service at DeSouza Associates we can also offer a managed account service. This involves solely looking after a companies conference, event and accommodation needs, from the initial enquiry to the post feedback.
Outlined below are the services we can offer after receiving an enquiry:
- A venue search followed by a bespoke proposal specific to the enquiry which outlines key information such as room size, negotiated costs and savings etc
- Ongoing communication between the venue and booker to ensure that they have all the information they require
- Site inspection organised if required
- Confirmation to booker and venue
- We can check the contract and once it’s correct we send it onto the booker
- For ease, we organise payment on your behalf and then invoice directly from DeSouza Associates
- Feedback
- Management Information so you can easily view which venues and groups each booker is booking and total spend.
