The Arora Group are building a dual-branded property directly linked to Heathrow Terminal 4 which combines a Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express. It has entered the final stage of its two year construction and is due to open later this month. The properties together will boast a total of 761 bedrooms making it one of the largest hotel openings in the UK this year.
Away from the Capital, The Lume opened in Manchester just last month, it is a 19 storey development made up of two hotels- Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites, offering 328 bedrooms. The Crowne Plaza section is an ideal venue for conferences and events with a 120 seater restaurant, bar, club lounge and seven meeting rooms which can host 200 delegates.
