2. A venue finder will keep up to date with all the latest venue and hotel openings
After another challenging year in the hotel industry, and the wider hospitality sector as a whole, you might assume that there may not be many new openings this year. In fact, it seems the opposite in the UK as there are a number of new hotels set to open in 2022 – a mixture of existing properties that are being refurbished or taken over by new management and delayed openings due to the pandemic. Not mentioning the brand new concepts that are appearing.
In London alone, there are 8 new hotels planning to open in 2022!

3. Extension – we act as an extension to your team without the additional cost. We have a vast knowledge of venues and past events that have been booked etc
As we are booking a varied choice of venues for many different clients, we can draw on ours and their experience of a venue and share any feedback/information with all our other clients.
When we work for a number of contacts within one company we can advise on venues that have been booked previously and any history connected to these events that may help with the final decision.
4. Complete package – we can also help with our client’s additional requirements such as team building activities, entertainment, AV etc
Our free venue finding service doesn’t just stop at sourcing a venue for your event! For example, we recently assisted a client with a very short-lead booking and not only confirmed a venue for them but also an external supplier for the AV (hybrid technology) plus an evening entertainment. We can also help with team building activities which may run alongside an event or as a standalone event.
We can help you as little or as much as you would like. Of course we would like to book the entire event for you but otherwise think of us as a ‘pick and mix’!
5. Convenient – all you have to do is give us your event brief and let us get on sourcing you a great venue
All we ask from our clients is that they give us much information as possible on their event – budget, location, numbers, layout required etc. The more information given to us at the initial request will mean we can narrow down the best venues that will match the brief.
6. Easy Repeat bookings – all a client needs to say is “can you book the same as last time” and leave the rest to us
How easy is that! Anything that makes your life easier has got to be worth it hasn’t it?
7. All the event information is in one proposal – simples!
We prepare a bespoke proposal that is unique to each enquiry. This proposal will outline all the information you require to make a decision. This will include:
- Maximum capacity for the room allocated in the layout requested
- Any specific details/requirements that you will have highlighted will be clearly outlined
- Any inclusions within the rates will be itemised – such as Delegate Rate, Dinner Package etc
- Breakdown of rates – where possible showing the rack rate and the great savings we have negotiated for you as well as the tax
