One of the newer hotels in London, alongside their main meeting space, they have 2 private screening rooms which can be hired for bespoke cinematic experiences. Offering the flexibility for large, grander style events to something more intimate, screens 1 or 2 can accommodate either 168 or 70 guests, respectively.

  • The Peninsula London

A private screening room for up to 15 guests, it has cutting-edge technology including Dolby surround-sound and 4K projection. Motorised reclining chairs, dedicated cloakroom and adjoining refreshment areas offer guests a stylish and exclusive experience.

Warner Brothers Studios

If you are looking to host a magical corporate event then consider the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour. This unique venue offers flexible spaces, both inside and out, to host bespoke team building events, seminars and private dining options.

The Studio cinema is ideal for private screenings and presentations for up to 130 delegates. The Studio preview theatre is also available which can accommodate approximately 47 guests. This theatre can be booked from 8am until 3pm.

The home of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts has just undergone a multi-million pound investment and is now back open for corporate events. Housed in an historic Grade II listed building in the heart of the West End, it offers start-of-the-art facilities whether live, hybrid or virtual!

The venue now offers over 9 different event spaces located over 5 floors, and exclusivity of the venue is also available if required. From the Run Run Shaw & Princess Anne Theatres accommodating up to 47 & 227 guests respectively, in a classic tiered seating layout to Galleries with the capacity for 400 people in a standing reception.

They also have a rooftop terrace which is ideal for smaller gatherings for up to 60 guests – definitely a must if you are looking to ‘WOW’ your guests.
