Sometimes our clients say to us ‘ I didn’t realise you could help me book that event, I thought you only booked meetings!’ So we thought we would run through the types of corporate events we can book for you.

This list is not exhaustive by any means so please drop us an email or give us a call and ask if your event is something we can help with. If we can’t help you then we may be able to put you in touch with someone who can.

As no two events are the same, we will take a detailed brief from you – our advice is “tell us as much as you can” to help us find that perfect fit for you.

We have access to an extensive network of the very best meeting venues in London and nationwide, boasting different styles and room capacities.

Some meetings may require a modern, minimalist environment, for example, whereas on other occasions a more traditional setting will be appropriate. They can be residential and non-residential.

Gala/Awards Dinners/ Dinner Dances

Organising an Awards or Gala dinner can be daunting as there can be so many elements, so our tip is to start planning as early as you can. Popular venues can get booked up early so the more time you have to find the venue the better.

Gala and Charity dinners typically feature entertainment, dinner and dancing and sometimes a raffle or auction. This type of event is often about the wow factor, whether that means having a theme or the choice of venue becomes the wow factor!

Some venues offer dinner packages making it easier to cost. These do vary but usually this includes venue hire, an arrival drink, a 3-course dinner with coffee, half a bottle of wine and water.

Awards dinners (or Award lunches) can be a black-tie formal dinner event, or equally you could go for a less formal event with poseur tables, canapés and a cocktail reception, and a snappy 45 minute ceremony.
