Why should I organise a virtual Christmas Party?

Doing your party virtually is a way of thanking staff for working through a challenging year whilst having some fun and they won’t have to pay for a taxi home either! Organising something for your team means you can still celebrate the festive season safely especially with guidelines constantly changing.

How does a virtual Christmas party work?

Basically it is taking the most popular conventional Christmas events and adapting them to the virtual world. It’s not dancing in your living room in front of the webcam but just good old fashioned fun!

We work with a variety of suppliers to bring you a variety of parties/activities on offer which will suit all age groups and budgets.

Most parties will have a virtual host included and they will guide you through your event.

A virtual Christmas event that’s a real treat for the taste buds.  Hosted by a master chocolatier, you’ll be taken through the amazing journey of how chocolate goes from bean to bar.  Its then hands on with the ingredients as everyone designs, creates & brands their very own unique box of Christmas themed chocolate delights.  In advance of your event, delegates are sent a pack containing chef’s hats, aprons and all the ingredients they need (and a surprise gift).

This fun and festive virtual cookery class is a great way to share that Yuletide cheer with your work colleagues! Learn new cookery techniques, show off your plating skills and socialise over fabulous food and drink. Each participant is sent an ingredient box directly to their home and the chefs guide the group to create a beautiful seasonal spread with a Christmas cocktail to begin the event, followed by a starter and a traditional Christmas dish made from scratch.  Finish off the festive feast with a Mince Pie or Gingerbread People Decorating Challenge!

As well as a traditional Christmas menu, our suppliers also offer various other cookery experiences and different 3-course cuisine based classes.

Engage your team in an online cocktail masterclass to combat the stresses and strains of isolation.  Your team will have a fantastic experience racing each other by shaking, muddling, layering and creating their own perfect cocktail! Two and three drink packages are available including cocktail kits and ingredients

A live-streamed private comedy show plus a Party in a Box which will be broadcast via YouTube and can be watched on any device.  Your company name can be mentioned (you can opt for an exclusive event if you wish), the party boxes can be personalised, your guests can interact and send messages on screen and a proper old-school disco for 2 hours is also included (requests can be placed via Instagram)!

You can choose from different pre-made packages or you can create your own custom made package. As an example, one of the packages would include a Christmas Quiz or Christmas Music Bingo plus a live comedy or magic act and a live party band (minimum number of guests apply).   To create your own package you can choose from a list of great team games, entertainment, music and hamper options.
