The client had already been in contact with a couple of online venue finders however they had been struggling to find a venue within the client’s budget. A colleague recommended that she should contact DeSouza Associates.

 Here’s what the team at Desouza Associates Events did:

We contacted some venues that we felt would be suitable for the event and negotiated hard to match our clients budget.

We sent a proposal to the client with a variety of venues matching the brief offering indoor and outdoor options with various catering options.

The client shortlisted two venues that she felt were suitable for their needs and we arranged a site inspection for her to view the venues to make a decision

The client viewed both venues and chose one that she loved, offering both indoor and outdoor space.

Just as we were about to confirm the booking – the date changed! Luckily the venue was able to accommodate the new date so we confirmed everything to the venue.

Once the contract was signed the client then liaised directly with the venue on final details.
