As no two events are the same, we will take a detailed brief from you – our advice is “tell us as much as you can” to help us find that perfect fit for you.
Sourcing the right style of venue for your event is key as it reflects your company ethos and different events or companies may require different styles of venue. One venue style does not fit all!

Conferences
Finding the right venue can be an important factor in any conference’s success especially when there is such a great choice of venues available to book.

Meetings

Some meetings may require a modern, minimalist environment, for example, whereas on other occasions a more traditional setting will be appropriate. They can be residential and non-residential.

Though the format for these events are generally more casual than a sit-down dinner, you still have to choose carefully when it comes to venue.

Gala/Awards Dinners/ Dinner Dances
Organising an Awards or Gala dinner can be daunting as there can be so many elements, so start planning as early as you can. Popular venues can get booked up early so the more time you have to find the venue the better.
Gala and Charity dinners typically feature entertainment, dinner, dancing and sometimes a raffle or auction. This type of event is often about the wow factor, whether that means having a theme or the choice of venue becomes the wow factor!
Awards dinners (or Award lunches) can be a black-tie formal dinner event, or equally you could go for a less formal event with poseur tables, canapés and a cocktail reception, and a snappy 45 minute ceremony.
