We Will Do All The Hard Work For You
All we need from you is a detailed brief outlining your requirements and we will do the rest!
We will contact venues matching your brief, negotiate the best rates and then send you a bespoke proposal outlining all the information you require. This will enable you to compare all venues to make an informed decision on your final choice.
We can arrange site inspections, in-person or virtually. We will take you right up to contract stage and from there you can liaise directly with the venue to discuss all the final details.

Why Book An External Training Venue?
Training centres are designed to offer training spaces to cater for all corporate and business needs, providing distraction-free spaces.
Predominantly, training venues are a dedicated space for corporate companies to create a focused working and training environment. These venues are also often located with easy access to many transport networks, whether travelling by car, train or even air.
Don’t choose a venue because it appears cheap in comparison to others, only to realise once it’s too late that a lot of the facilities and services they need are charged as ‘extras’, increasing your costs.
We will provide you with a proposal that will clearly show what is included in the rate quoted to you.
Location can affect the price – being more flexible on your chosen location can be more cost effective.
Budget – have a firm and realistic budget. Remember the choice of venue you book will reflect in the delegates’ perception of your training event and company, so it is important to get it right!

Our Top Layout Tips
Cabaret Style
If your course requires lots of interaction with delegates then a cabaret style set-up is best. This allows delegates to be seated around groups of tables.
Classroom Style
If you need your delegates to concentrate and take notes or work on laptops, then a classroom style (rows of tables with chairs) would be best.
U-Shape
Alternatively, if the trainer is looking to interact with the delegates and the group is not too large then a U-Shape set up would be ideal.
Informal
Some trainers prefer no tables at all, so very informal with just the delegates seating in rows of chairs – perhaps in a semi circle.
Many Training Centres now offer Hybrid Training Spaces
These training sessions can take place in various formats: with the trainer presenting in person and some attendees joining remotely, or with a mixed format of in-person and remote participants.
Companies like to stick to a budget for training and need to understand what they’re getting for their money. Training centres often offer all-inclusive pricing that covers all training and technical requirements, so there are no hidden costs or surprises on the day of the event or in the final invoice.
