Treehouse Manchester

Due to open this month, this will be the second hotel within the Treehouse brand for SH Hotels & Resorts in the UK. 

The hotel is situated in the centre of Manchester, only 30 minutes from the airport and excellent transport links by rail to London Euston being only a 2-hour train journey. 

The hotel will have 24 rooms, 14 suites with 1 presidential suite. 

There will be up to 7 event and meeting spaces available, all located on the 1st floor. The maximum capacity will be 458 theatre style in the Hazel Suite. They will also have a screening room to seat up to 42 guests plus 1 space for a wheelchair user.  

The Hideout on the 15th floor will be the perfect space for a drink reception accommodating up to 56 people for an informal event. 

The Treehouse Manchester will also have 2 restaurants, 1 bar and a panoramic rooftop bar. 

London Hotels

The Chancery Rosewood 

Set to open in 2025, within the former US Embassy building on Grosvenor Square in Mayfair is set to be reimagined as a luxurious hotel and retail destination. 

The hotel will feature 146 guest bedrooms and suites, a 750 capacity Ballroom and five retail spaces. 

There will be a variety of both formal and informal dining and entertainment spaces, including a London edition of the New York restaurant Carbone.

Six Senses London

The hotel is conveniently positioned and located minutes away from Bayswater and Hyde Park.  

The Six Senses London will offer 109 guestrooms and suites ranging from 30sqm – 166sqm. 

The top floor will house the Six Senses London Retreat Suite, which will feature two master bedrooms with bathrooms, a lounge, kitchenette & corner terrace with London skyline views. 

The hotel will feature four flexible event spaces, suitable for both formal and informal set up. In addition to dedicated spaces on the first floor, Six Senses London will offer two suites for intimate events on the seventh floor that can be connected via a terrace.  

For larger events, the Retreat Suite will have breathtaking views of the city ideal for drinks receptions, small dinners, interviews, and private meetings. 

The hotel will also offer dining experiences, a Six Senses Spa featuring extensive fitness facilities and an indoor swimming pool. 

Due to open later this year, Six Senses London will be the first of its brand in the UK. 

The Newman Hotel 

A boutique hotel close to Oxford Street, The Newman Hotel will be debuting in Summer 2025. 

The hotel will offer 81 rooms and suites with contemporary Art Deco designs. Amenities will include Brasserie Adeline, Gambit Bar, and a Nordic-inspired spa with a hydrotherapy pool. 

The Newman is perfectly situated in the centre of the West End in Fitzrovia minutes’ walk from many attractions. 

The hotel will have versatile event spaces to host private dining, a corporate business meeting or celebratory drinks. The Gambit Bar can be hired exclusively for up to 80 guests, a semi-private room will also be available for more intimate gatherings for up to 16 people. Several small private dining rooms will be available too.

Thistle Marble Arch London Rebrand!

The Thistle Marble Arch has officially changed its name to become The Marble Arch Hotel, part of the “by Thistle” sub-brand.

During recent renovations the Hotel has uncovered an Italian marble floor dating back from the 1960’s so they have decided to bring back the marble to the Marble Arch Hotel and make this a focal point of the Hotel.

They are also re-launching their bar, now known as Archy’s Bar & Lounge

The Belfry Hotel & Resort, Sutton Coldfield 

The Belfry is set to grow in September this year with a large events venue currently being built within the grounds. 

The Masters Suite is being designed for all types of events including conferences, exhibitions, large-scale gala dinners and much more. This event space will be approximately 852sqm in size and accommodate up to 648 guests for a banquet. The maximum capacity for the entire space will be around 920 and can also be divided into smaller event spaces for breakout areas or smaller events. There will also be an Executive Boardroom ideal for those board level meetings or organiser office. There will be a large pre-function area which will include a mezzanine level and  outdoor area situated overlooking The Green.

In addition, there will be a further 149 bedrooms available within the building and a new leisure and fitness club.
