What types of venues can DeSouza Associates book for you?

DeSouza Associates are an independent venue finding agency and therefore unbiased when suggesting suitable venues. We work with all major hotel groups (both national and international), independent hotels, conference and training centres and various other unique and unusual venues.

Are you really a free service?

Yes, we are paid a small commission by the venues for the business placed with them.  This is paid to us after the event takes place and when the final invoice is paid in full by the client. More information can be found here.

Are venue rates increased to cover the commission payment?

No, not at all; due to our buying power and negotiation skills we will always endeavour to get the best possible rates for our clients and to match any budget.

What team building activities can you organise ?

Anything from indoor to outdoor events, competitive challenges, creative and artistic workshops, sporting activities, culinary ice breakers and many more in-person or virtual activities. These events can be tailor made to suit budget and expectations.

What kind of companies do you partner with?

We work with a range of partners including team building companies, caterers, entertainment providers and AV suppliers to enable us to suggest additional extras to make your event stand out from the crowd.

What’s the best way to contact you?

We work closely with companies who can provide all sorts of engaging and interactive entertainment for your next event. If you are looking for after-dinner entertainment such as a game show, casino tables, mix and mingle artistes, a band or DJ we have the contacts for you.

Once our event has been booked – what additional services can you offer?

    Then select you chosen “Section” item which will load at the bottom of the page. You can always drag rows and sections up and down the page,
