The hotel is located minutes from the UK’s major motorway and rail networks, less than 70 minutes train journey from London and easy transfer from Birmingham International Airport and Nottingham East Midlands Airport.
With over 300 bedrooms and luxury suites, more than 20 conference and event suites accommodating up to 400 guests, boardrooms all with the latest technology. The Hotel also has 3 iconic golf courses, spa and leisure club, a choice of bars and restaurants, onsite nightclub, outdoor space and free car parking there is no doubt that there is something for everyone!
The Belfry is the only English venue to host the Ryder Cup 4 times. The Belfry has 3 golf courses; the famous and iconic Brabazon (the Ryder Cup course and legendary in the world of golf) the PGA National, the only PGA branded course in England and The Derby, perfect for players of all levels. The choice of courses the Hotel provides means it’s great for corporate golf days. It also boasts one of the largest on course golf course shops!
The largest conference room is the Woodland Suite – taking up to 418 people theatre style. This room is self-contained and a standalone venue suitable for those clients who may like to have private conference and exhibition facilities.
The Lake View has views over the putting green, 18th hole of the Barbazon and Lake Opening onto the Manor House Terrace, Lake View is perfect for a drinks reception or private dinner for up to 40 people. For a smaller private dinner the Wine Room can take up to 12 people.
Situated just off the Brabazon Bar there are the ‘Touchdowns’ rooms – small glass fronted meeting rooms taking up to 6 people.
The Belfry is situated amongst 550 acres of countryside so great for corporate team building days accommodating activities from Segways, Treasure Hunts to It’s a Knockout – everything can be done on site.
Keeping in line with the Golfing theme the Hotel also has a Ryder Legends Mini Golf course which is modelled on famous Ryder Cup moments. This is a 12 hole course perfect for a team building activity and can be booked privately for your group is certainly something different and unique to add to your corporate day.
